AFTER SALES SERVICE (SAV)

This document supplements usefully the general conditions of sale and warranty conditions , such as
available on the website of the company at Chamly www.chamly.com.

HOW TO CONTACT YOUR SERVICE?

IS THERE A WARRANTY SERVICE?

The after-sales service of the company guarantees Chamly the procedure performed for twelve (12)
months, parts and labor included, as of the release date of the repair shop.

NOTE: This warranty is the intervention on the product and is independent of the guarantee of two (2) years granted to the customer.


MY CHAMLY PRODUCT NEEDS SERVICE, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

If you encounter a problem with your product Chamly that your warranty has expired or not, please send your product to the address provided by the Compagny.

Product repair could not be taken into account by the company that Chamly provided that you attach
to sending your product the "Return Voucher" (see section: Back) along with a copy of your invoice.  We encourage you to send your package via a shipping service with tracking.

WARNING: We will not be held responsible for the loss of your package if you use a means of
transportation not involving delivery tracking.


ONCE MY PRODUCT CHAMLY SENT FOR SERVICE, HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?

On receipt and after analysis:

  • If the defect takes is supported by the guarantee: a r e repair will bedone free of charge.
  • If the defect need is not covered by warranty: an estimate taking the amount of necessary repairs will be sent by e-mail or by mail.  We will proceed with repairs after acceptance of the quotation from you.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS NO LONGER SERVICEABLE CHAMLY?

If after analyzing your product is not repairable, a letter explaining the error will be returned with
your product in the state.
