When your bottle of champagne is opened, the «chamly» allows you to keep your champagne maintaining the pressure inside the bottle for up to 3 days. Place the «chamly» on the bottle neck by exerting pressure, take the key, slide it into the slots of «chamly», so your champagne will retain its qualities.
Never position your face above the «chamly», or point it to a person or a face.
Never shake the bottle with the «chamly».
The materials used for the manufacture of «chamly», however, require that you take care to benefit as long as possible.
To clean your «chamly» pass it under cold water and wipe with a microfiber cloth or a soft cloth.

Your «chamly» is guaranteed for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, under subject to normal use and respect of use precautions recommended by CHAMLY. A copy of your sales receipt and your original invoice are required for proof of purchase. Any component covered by the warranty will be repaired free of charge provided that the defects in material or workmanship are found in normal conditions of use.
All interventions (parts and labor) conducted as part of after-sales service are guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of release of the repair shop.
Therefore, the management of conditions of the customer of the product depend on its guarantee and conditions of use. To obtain warranty service and during the period of application, the «chamly» should not be covered by any of the cases set out below:
This warranty is void if the «chamly» has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized CHAMLY sales or services agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
The foregoing warranties and remedies are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, terms or conditions, express, implied or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, satisfactory quality, title, and non-infringement, all of which are expressly disclaimed by CHAMLY. CHAMLY shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the sale or use of this product, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict product liability or any other theory, even if CHAMLY has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any limited remedy specified herein is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose. CHAMLY’s entire liability shall be limited to repair, at CHAMLY’s sole option.
Some countries, states, or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may be limited to the duration of the applicable written warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that may vary depending on local law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Should you require work under warranty, please send in your «chamly» in its original packaging with a copy of your sales receipt and your original invoice, and a description of the problem. CHAMLY highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the «chamly» during shipment. CHAMLY is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.
CHAMLY has sole authorithy to detemine whether the product for which the client requests the implementation of the guarantee may or may not benefit from this guarantee.
In the absence of application of the garantee, CHAMLY shall inform the customer of the reasons for the refusal and will send him an estimate for repairs to be undertaken. No repairs can not be held without the prior written consent of the customer.
The cost of repair and / or overhaul will be borne by the customer and invoiced by CHAMLY after acceptance of the quotation by the customer.
